Hi, I'm Mariah!

As a Registered Dietitian with advanced training in functional and integrative nutrition, I specialize in helping women achieve better health by addressing the root causes of their concerns, rather than merely treating symptoms. Many conventional approaches only offer temporary fixes, missing the underlying issues. I understand this challenge, both professionally and personally. By attentively listening to your unique story and utilizing personalized nutrition plans, lifestyle interventions, and targeted testing, we'll collaborate to restore your gut health, balance your hormones, improve your metabolism, and enhance your overall well-being. Guiding women towards wellness brings me immense joy, and I am honored to support you on your journey to better health.

1:1 virtual nutrition sessions

  • Initial consultation (60-90 minutes)

  • Ongoing follow-up and support (45-60 minutes)

We'll collaborate to elevate your health with: 

Assessment we’ll dig deep, asking lots of questions to understand where you are, how you got here, and what’s not working. If needed, we’ll use specialized lab testing to identify and address imbalances.

The foundations nutrition, sleep, movement, and stress reduction are fundamental to good health. I’ll help you to make and sustain changes in these areas that set the foundation for better health.

Personalized plan we’ll work together as partners to equip you with the tools you need to create change that will last. You'll have clear steps to achieve your goals.

Whole-food nutrition you'll learn how and what to eat so that you can confidently nourish your body in a way that is simple and tailored to you. Food is functional, but it is also a source of joy and connection. Removing the stress around food can help us to focus on nourishment instead of restriction.
